Installation and support services

On request you’ll receive training and support  to ensure that you’re able to install the system in a safe, quick and durable way. The equipment, which can also be rented, is state of the art and computer controlled. This guarantees that all electro fusion couplings and fittings are installed in a controlled, consistent and correct manner.

Electro fusion welding equipment kit

The Soluforce welding kit contains all the necessary tools to weld the Soluforce fitting system. The SoluForce welding kit is packed in a 20 ft container. The main part is the Soluforce welding tool, which is based on standard available equipment modified for the welding of the Soluforce fitting system.

High pressure, high quality

For the SoluForce Heavy system swaged fittings are used. The ease of installation, limited crew needed and long lengths of pipe enable it to be installed in a fast and safe way. Installations can be supported by a SoluForce technician or a local contractor can be trained to install the system.

The swage machine

• Hydraulic pressure to ‘sandwich’ the RTP pipe between the swaged fitting stem and ferrule
• The assembly compresses the external ring against the expansion of the internal insert
